When should I arrive?
It is best if you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment so you have time to relax, enjoy an herbal tea, have a chat to your therapist and start you appointment on time. Arriving late may unfortunately limit the time of your treatment, as a courtesy to all our clients, treatments are completed as scheduled.
What can I expect when I arrive?
If it is your first visit you will need to fill an initial consultation form. Your therapist will also ascertain your needs before every treatment so that we can recommend and provide the most appropriate treatment for you.
What if I have special health considerations?
Please inform the receptionist of any health issues when you make a booking and when you speak to your therapist to ensure you get the most appropriate treatment.
What do I wear during treatments?
Maintaining your sense of comfort and dignity is of the utmost importance to us. During your treatment you will be respectfully draped to ensure privacy. For ultimate comfort and product application we recommend you wear underwear or we provide disposable underwear for all body treatments and hydrotherapy.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Out of consideration for all guests and therapists we request that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or a 50% cancellation fee may be charged (includes Gift Vouchers)
How do I pay?
We accept cash, Eftpos and most major credit cards. All our prices are inclusive of GST and subject to change without notice.
Can I get a gift for someone?
We offer beautifully presented gift vouchers for special occasions as well as for corporate incentive and reward programs. You may choose from a monetary value or choose a specific package or treatment. We also have a comprehensive retail range.
